DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF TARGETED RADIOTHERAPIES
NucliThera AS is a Norwegian biotechnology company developing next-generation targeted radiotherapies for patients with metastatic and difficult-to-treat cancers. Our pipeline combines targeting molecules with therapeutic radionuclides to selectively deliver radiation to cancer cells while minimizing exposure to healthy tissues.
Our research spans both hematological malignancies and solid tumors, with a particular focus on innovative alpha-emitting therapies and other targeted radionuclide approaches that have the potential to improve treatment efficacy and patient outcomes.
Founded by Dr. Roy H. Larsen and Professor Emeritus Øyvind S. Bruland, pioneers in targeted radionuclide therapy and co-inventors of Xofigo® (the first FDA-approved alpha-emitting radiopharmaceutical) the company builds on decades of scientific innovation. Today, NucliThera’s multidisciplinary research and development team is advancing a new generation of radiopharmaceuticals from discovery through preclinical development and towards clinical translation.
